Clear Delegates from Outlook
Outlook desktop version:
In Outlook: File menu > Account Settings button > Delegate Access
Remove VPR Administrative Staff Group and any other individually-listed VPR people from the Delegates:
Outlook Web App:
Log into https://www.microsoft365.com/
Format your username like: NetID@colostate.edu (replace NetID with your own CSU Net ID)
Click on the top left cube menu and select Outlook:
Click on Calendar in the left pane, then on the menu click Share > Calendar:
In the Sharing and permissions pop-up, Remove VPR Administrative Staff Group and any other individually listed VPR people by clicking the trashcan icon:
