Installing BR&E ProMax
Copy the following path into file explorer to begin setup:
\\sunvalley.research.colostate.edu\Office\X\METEC Software\ProMax
Right click on Setup.exe and select Run as administrator
You will need admin credentials to run the setup. Submit a ticket to the VPR Helpdesk to obtain these:

Once you have obtained credentials, run through the installer with default settings
After it has finished, restart your computer if not already prompted to do so
In a web browser, go to http://localhost:1947
Go to Configuration on the left pane, and then Access to Remote License Mangers at the top.
In the text box, enter blacktail.research.colostate.edu
Click Submit
Click Sentinel Keys on the left pane. A new entry should show location blacktail as a licensing server. This might not appear straight away, you might need to close and reopen the browser.
You should now be able to search for ProMax in the windows search bar and use the software!
