How to add the CHA Ricoh printer to a personal laptop
For Windows:
First download the Ricoh PCL6 Driver for Universal Print driver from here:
https://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001336/0001336391/V43700/z99286L1b.exe
Open/Run the downloaded file, it will extract the printer drivers to a temp folder named: c:\temp\z99286L1b
Search for printers from the search box on the taskbar:

Click on Printers & scanners above from the search results:

Click the Add device button > wait for the Add manually text link appears and click it:

Select the option ‘Add a printer using an IP address or hostname’:

Change the Device type to: TCP/IP Device
Enter the following IP Address (the Port name will match): 10.1.234.25

Click the Have Disk button and browse to this path (assuming you took the default extract path from above): C:\Temp\z99286L1b\disk1

Select the RICOH PCL6 UniversalDriver V4.37

Name the printer something that is descriptive.

At this point the computer is required local administrative credentials to install the printer driver. Once complete the new printer will be available for use.
