You will need to use Advanced Search

Click on the mailbox
-
Click in the search field below the header
-
The header should say
Search now
-
Click the Search Tools drop down on the right,
-
Select Advanced Find... from the dropdown
-
Click Browse in the top right
-
Uncheck any boxes selected
-
Check only the check box of the mailbox itself
-
Check Search subfolders at the bottom
-
Click OK
-
Fill in Search for the word(s): field
-
Fill in the In: field
-
Click Find Now
