With laptop's mobile nature, it's easy for files to become out of sync. Change will be missing to others or on
the laptop.
Fixing This Issue
If a document is corrupt or missing:
Open
Sync Center

In the window that pops up, select
Conflicts
It will bring you to a page listing several files. These files are all “out of sync”, but nearly all can be ignored.
Look through the list and locate the file that is corrupt or missing. Double Click on it.

After double clicking, a window will pop up prompting for what to do:

If you are not sure which to choose, selecting “Keep both versions” will save both versions and you can look through
both to figure out which copy needs to be kept.
Avoiding This Issue
These issues are typically caused by two people editing the same file, especially while one edits from laptop
which is not connected to the internet.

When editing files in H Drive, always be connected to the internet. If off campus, make sure you have the Pulse Secure VPN running and connected.

If you are not connected to the internet, avoid editing files which are used and edited by other people.

Save and close documents before putting your laptop to sleep.
