Account Configuration:
Adding An Exchange Account:
- Navigate to Settings by swiping down from the top and tapping the gear icon.
- Navigate: Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts (or Manage Accounts)
- Tap Add account
- Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
- Enter your Exchange username (eID@colostate.edu), and your password.

Once the "Manual Setup" screen comes up, select the following settings:

Email Sync Period: 1 week

Email Sync Schedule: Auto (when received)
- Email Retrieval Size: No limit

Calendar Sync Period: 6 months
- If you want to turn any of the following options off: (Sync Contacts, Sync Calendars, Sync Tasks), uncheck the slider next to the option you want to turn off.
Removing an account:
- Navigate to Settings by swiping down from the top and tapping the gear icon.
- Navigate: Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts
- Tap the account you want to delete
- Tap the "Remove account" button, and confirm the removal.
Set Default Email/Calendar/Contacts:

Apps > Select App that you want to make a default, and follow the prompts
Phone Text Size:

Open Settings > Display > Font size and style
- Use the slider to change the text size
Pin Items to home screen:
- Open the all apps Screen. ( Depending on model you can either press the apps button or swipe up from the middle of the screen)
- Find the icon for the app you want to pin
- Press and hold the app that you want to pin, and drag it to where you want to place
Forget WiFi network:
- Open Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi
- Select the network you want to forget
- Tap the Forget button
Configure pin unlock:
- Open Settings > Lock screen (Some models may have a different name, but find some menu item related to security) > Screen lock type
- Select the PIN menu item
- Input your pin, and tap okay.
Check for Firmware updates
- Open Settings > Software update (May be called something different depending on device) > Download and Install
- This will check for updates. In the case that the phone is not up to date, it will prompt you to update now or later
Check for app updates:
- Navigate to the play store
- Open the left sidebar menu
- Tap my apps and games
- Update if applicable
